Rugove Corporation is a member of The Corporate Social Responsibility Network in Kosovo (CSR Network Kosovo), where Chairman of the Board today is Rugove CEO, Visar Kelmendi. With the membership in this network, Rugove Corporation has initiated the project for employment of people with disabilities titled ‘Increase of jobs for people with disabilities’ project under the patronage of Atifete Jahjaga, (then President of Kosovo).
This initiative, launched in October 2014, has been attached to many Kosovar businesses, employing up to six people so far. Rugove Corporation hired two people with special needs on this occasion.
